01. Welcome

Welcome to Peter’s Practical Gardens & Landscaping.

We are a small Malvern based family business. Having spent all my life living and working on the land, the last 10 years in a specialist Worcester based landscaping business, I took the decision to start my own business to make the best use of my wealth of experience and contacts in the landscaping industry.

The garden is an extension of your home and should be designed to reflect your needs and easy to maintain, to this end we try to work with nature, not fight it.

Hard Landscaping

• Paths repair, replace or new in natural stone, slab or gravel
• Patio new or repair existing
• Decking as an alternative to patios, especially on sloping ground
• Sheds, bases & erection.
• Fencing from repair to new
• Ponds construction of ponds and water feature. Ornamental or for wildlife

Soft Landscaping

• Planting to your design and plans, or assistance with designs to suit your ideas and aspect of garden

• Hedge Planting from bare root native hedging through to containerised instant hedge

• Irrigation supply and installation of trickle irrigation systems, to individually irrigate plants, essential for your new planting.

Garden Maintenance

• Lawns – Mowing on a regular basis to maintain your lawn appearance, to get it back in shape or to help reclaim a 'lost lawn'.
• Feeding organic or inorganic
• Renovation scaryfing, overseeding, top dressing and aerating.
• Replacement turfing for instant lawn, or seeding for a lawn or wild flower meadow.
• Hedging regular trim, or reducing size.
• Borders - weeding, pruning and general maintenance.
